This Intellectual Property Policy describes how Qamijio protects its intellectual property and respects the intellectual property rights of others. By accessing or using our platform and services available at qamijio.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content, materials, and technology made available through the Qamijio platform are the exclusive property of Qamijio or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:

2. Trademarks and Brand Identity
The name Qamijio, associated logos, and any product or service names displayed on the platform are trademarks or registered trademarks of Qamijio. These marks may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, that disparages or discredits the company, or that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks appearing on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive or referential purposes. Their presence does not imply any endorsement or partnership.
3. License to Use the Platform
3.1 Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Qamijio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or make the platform available to third parties.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not, without express written permission from Qamijio:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform or its content
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data or content from the platform
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the platform or its outputs to build a competing product or service
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit platform content without authorization
3.3 Permitted Uses
You may download or print limited portions of platform content solely for your own non-commercial reference, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are preserved. Any other use requires prior written authorization.
4. User-Submitted Content
4.1 Ownership by Users
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit, upload, or transmit through the platform. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to that content and that its use on the platform does not infringe any third-party rights.
4.2 License Granted to Qamijio
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Qamijio a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display that content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the services. This license does not grant us the right to sell your content or use it in ways unrelated to service delivery without your consent.
4.3 Prohibited Submissions
You must not submit content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party. Qamijio reserves the right to remove any content that is alleged to be infringing or that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates this policy.
5. AI-Generated Outputs
The platform may produce analytical outputs, reports, summaries, or recommendations generated through artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Qamijio retains all intellectual property rights in the methods, models, and systems used to generate such outputs. Users receive a limited right to use outputs for their own internal purposes in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
You may not represent AI-generated outputs as independently developed by you, nor may you use them to train, develop, or improve competing AI systems.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may incorporate third-party software libraries, data feeds, or other materials that are subject to separate license terms. Qamijio complies with all applicable third-party licenses and acknowledges the intellectual property rights of those parties. Users must not use the platform in any way that would cause Qamijio to violate its obligations under third-party agreements.
7. Copyright Infringement Claims
7.1 Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content available on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us promptly with the following information:
- A description of the intellectual property right you claim has been infringed
- A description of the content you believe is infringing, including its location on the platform
- Your full name, postal address, email address, and telephone number
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law
- A statement, made under penalty of applicable law, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

7.2 Counter-Notices
If you believe that content you submitted was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its previous location, a good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant authority.
7.3 Repeat Infringers
Qamijio reserves the right to terminate or suspend the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
8. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide Qamijio with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding the platform or services, you agree that such submissions are voluntary and non-confidential. Qamijio may use, implement, or act upon such feedback without any obligation to compensate you or to maintain confidentiality. By submitting feedback, you assign to Qamijio all intellectual property rights in that feedback.
9. Open Source Components
Certain components of the platform may be built using open-source software. Where applicable, the relevant open-source licenses govern those components. Nothing in this policy limits rights granted under applicable open-source licenses, and nothing in those licenses affects Qamijio's rights in the proprietary portions of the platform.
10. Enforcement and Remedies
Qamijio actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will take appropriate action to enforce its rights. Unauthorized use of platform content or technology may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access to the platform
- Demands for cessation of infringing activity
- Claims for damages, including statutory and actual damages
- Injunctive relief to prevent further infringement
- Any other remedy available under applicable law

Qamijio reserves the right to update or modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the revised policy on the platform.
